Commercialization and Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Accountabilities
  • Set and be responsible for achieving of the commercial strategic objectives of Digital Factory
  • Own customer acquisition and retention targets (thus, create and deliver the short and long term marketing and customer acquisition plans including but not limited to digital marketing, salesforce and offline marketing)
  • Provide oversight for brand marketing and acquisition, customer experience and digital products
  • Drive customer lifecycle management and use advanced analytics to drive value from our customers
  • Participate in the preparation of the business plans for Digital Factory
  • Responsible for the implementation of preventive actions to assure targets are achieved
  • Drive customer usage of new digitized customer journeys and use cases
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years commercial management experience (3-4 of which should have been in a similar role in e-commerce, telecoms, banking or related industries)
  • Experience in consumer segment marketing
  • Banking experience would be a plus
Purpose of the job
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through digital marketing, digital salesforce and customer experience initiatives
  • Lead strategic planning to enable the Digital factory to achieve its long-term customer acquisition and retention objectives while achieving maximum value from customers
  • Drive adoption of new digitized customer journeys and analytics use cases
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors and preferably an MBA
  • Good standing and assertiveness, with excellent team work attitude and proven ability to influence and coordinate teams beyond his/her own department
Knowledge
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and acquisition, analytics and digital products
  • Experience in developing product visions and customer journeys
