What is BK MobiServe?

BK Mobiserve is a Mobile Banking service that provides you with a safe and convenient way to conduct your

Banking using your mobile telephone. With Mobile Banking, you can monitor all your bank accounts in real time, view your account balances, get mini statement, transfer funds, pay bills, buy utilities, request check book, view exchange rates, get SMS and email notifications concerning any movements on your account.

If your mobile phone has Internet connectivity, download the Mobiserve application from the BK website at www.bk.rw or dial *334# to access the menu and more.

How can I get it?

All you need to have is a bank account with Bank of Kigali and a mobile phone. If you already have SMS Banking, you can activate Mobiserve using the same mobile number and secret PIN.

If you don’t have SMS Banking, you can register for Mobiserve at any of our branches.

What services are offered on BK Mobiserve?

With Mobiserve, you are able to access the following banking services:

■ - Request mini statement

■ - Transfer funds

■ - Request Checkbook

■ - Buy electricity(EWSA)

■ - Top-Up airtime(MTN, TIGO)

■ - Pay TV(DSTV and Star Times)

■ - Pay Bills

■ - View foreign currency exchange rates

■ - Receive account movement notifications(SMS and Email)
